Chenpump has attained many service contracts throughout the South West with a varied range of domestic and Industrial customers. We are happy to offer contract agreements for a single domestic dwelling sewage station requiring one visit per year, right up to large industrial plants requiring monthly visits to service pumping equipment on a rotational basis. All of our customers have the reassurance that all visits are subject to a full serving schedule designed in partnership with our customer. Further work is not carried out until the customer gives approval and all visits are reported upon within seven days detailing any faults or action that may be required.
